Scott County Hospital’s Environmental Services Department is committed to providing patients, visitors and associates with a clean and comfortable environment.  The EVS department provides a wide scope of support functions at the main hospital campus and to its satellite locations as well.  A staff of eight full time and one part time associates service nearly 37,000 square feet of cleanable space and are on duty seven days a week.

EVS responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms and ancillary areas, removal of trash, bio-hazardous waste and soiled linen, disbursement of clean linen, laundry, and floor care.  Environmental Services team members are dedicated to meeting each opportunity in a prompt and efficient manner.
