Nursing Staff
Our
Nursing Department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide
outpatient, emergency, observation, inpatient, and obstetric care. The
nurse to patient ratio is kept low to ensure the staff can provide the quality
of nursing care each patient needs. We have nurses skilled in emergency,
acute care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and geriatric care. The nursing
department strives to go the extra mile in providing care to return patients to
their optimum level of health.

Scott County Hospital is a 25 bed, acute/skilled care, Critical Access Hospital. Our hospital and medical clinic are staffed by 3 Family Practice Physicians, 3 Mid-Levels and 2 Nurse Anesthetists. Other departments include: Obstetrical, Surgery, Radiology, Out-Patient Rehabilitation Services, Emergency Medical Services, and Home Health.
