How Can a Registered Dietitian Help You?
Registered Dietitians are the food and nutrition experts who can translate the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. They can help you design and understand the daily eating plan that is best for you while providing helpful tools to apply to your lifestyle.
A registered dietitian can work with you to develop solutions specifically for weight loss, weight gain, managing a chronic disease, or simply a well-balanced way of eating.
With all the conflicting information on television, magazines, and the internet, a dietitian can help you to navigate through the myths and towards the facts.
Our Registered Dietitian can Address:
General healthy eating & nutrition
High blood pressure
Performance in sports
Other general health and wellness concerns
Ask your doctor if a referral to a registered dietitian is right for you. With a physician's referral, you can make an appointment to see the RD at SCH!
Notice that some insurance plans do not cover nutrition counseling while others cover multiples visits.
