Food Production Manager
Scott County Hospital is seeking a full time Production Manager. The purpose of this position is to supervise, plan, organize, implement and coordinate the operations of the Nutritional Services Department. Duties include but are not limited to: Supervising the production and distribution of food on the tray line, special nourishment and supplements, meals on wheels, employee meals and special events; Orientating, training, scheduling, and leading dietary staff; Developing and maintaining menus, recipes, production processes, portion control, and food service quality control procedures; Managing supplies and identifying equipment needs; Evaluating and selecting vendors; Ensuring compliance with Food Service reporting requirements; Participating in department budget development.
