Biography
Born and raised in Garden City, Jessica Busby is a powerhouse in healthcare with over a decade of high-stakes Critical Care experience. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University and honing her clinical skills in the Operating Room, she took her expertise to the next level. She earned a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University and delivering critical anesthesia care at a fast-paced Level 2 trauma center.
Driven by deep roots and a passion for community, Jessica returned home to Scott City to team up with her brother -forming a dynamic sibling CRNA duo- and being closer to family. From managing specialized pain procedures to providing seamless comfort for expectant mothers in labor, Jessica combines trauma-tested precision with a warm, personal touch to ensure every patient—from newborns to seniors—feels safe, comfortable, and exceptionally cared for.
While she cares for patients of all ages, pediatric care holds an extra-special place in Jessica's heart. Known for her bright personality, gentle presence, and calming touch, she excels at connecting with younger patients and putting both kids and their parents completely at ease throughout the surgical process.
